Get Polished was founded in July 2006 by Emily Sullivan when she decided to open her own business. Because of her makeup artistry skills and experience, this seemed like a logical place to start. Emily began training in the art of airbrush makeup and soon after began taking clients.

As the business began to establish itself and build a solid reputation, Emily decided to expand to carry other wedding related services. She has completed training in the wedding planning field and is now offering full service wedding planning. Emily feels that it is so important to get to know her clients so that she can truly understand the overall feeling that they are going for.
